ABOUT TOPICS
SUMMARY
Intracellular and intercellular biological signals are essential to the proper functioning of an organism. Some of these signals are mediated by electrical potentials across the cell membrane.
Dysregulation of the activity or ion channels expression that generate these signals can be the source of many pathologies.
Electrophysiology is the science of studying and understanding the various electrical and electrochemical phenomena occurring in cells and tissues. EPICC propose you a presentation of the different fields of study in electrophysiology, using a variety of techniques.
